Development and Realty is headed by President, Jim Helm.
He is a long-time Jupiter-Tequesta resident with over
20 years of experience building some of our area’s
best known commercial centers and residential communities.
His current projects include Emerald Harbour, Jupiter;
River Place, Jupiter and Banyan Place in Palm Beach
Gardens. Notable sold out projects include Island Country
Estates, and Shoppes of Jupiter Creek, both located
in Jupiter.
Jim is a state licensed general contractor. He and his
wife, Kim, have raised their family in the Tequesta
area and are committed to the community.
Jim is dedicated to customer service and creating exceptional
places to live and work. His extensive knowledge of
local area properties led to the acquisition of this
beautiful, elevated site for development of an exclusive
townhouse community.
Jim chose award-winning architects Oliver and Glidden
to create Casa Del Sol’s intimate “village
overlooking the waterway” masterplan and its ultra-luxury
